The Sky Is the Painter, We the Viewers Before It
Looking out the window, the sky seems to have poured out its blue paint without stint. Without a single cloud, the clear sky is as soft and clean as a freshly laundered quilt. Morning sunlight lingers a long while, caught on the window frame. The light seeping through the curtains makes even the dust sparkle. On a day like this, it feels as if just walking would lift your mood. No need to bring an umbrella, no need to dig out a heavy coat. How about spending today simply emptying your mind like the sky, and walking slowly. The sky is that clear anyway, so why shouldn't we meet it with a light heart too.
Clear
This morning the sunlight on the floor touched the top of my foot. It seemed like it would stay there till evening if I let it, so I ate slowly.
